Terms & Conditions – Gerald Latifi

Trainer’s Obligations: Gerald will design a safe, effective, and personalised exercise programme based on your goals, fitness level, and health history. Specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Package Duration: All training packages (e.g. 3-, 5-, or 12-session) are valid for 30 days from purchase unless otherwise stated. Unused sessions expire after 30 days and are non-refundable.

Client’s Responsibilities: Arrive on time, wear appropriate workout gear, and complete a PAR-Q form before training. Notify the trainer of any health changes or injuries.

Medical Disclaimer: You train at your own risk. The trainer is not responsible for undeclared medical issues or injuries resulting from ignored advice.

COVID-19 & Health Policy: Clients must disclose symptoms or positive results and follow guidelines. The trainer is not liable for virus transmission.

Payments: Must be made in advance via Stripe or bank transfer through geraldfitness.co.uk. Sessions not completed within the valid period are forfeit unless extended at the trainer’s discretion.

Additional Sessions & Cancellations: Must be prepaid. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full and non-refundable.

Refunds & Transfers: Sessions are non-refundable once started or 15 minutes past the scheduled start time. They cannot be transferred to others.

Cooling-Off Period: By booking, you waive the 14-day cooling-off period to begin your training immediately.

Lateness: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session is considered used. If the trainer is over 10 minutes late, additional time will be added or a replacement session provided.

Online Coaching: For online clients, Gerald provides professional guidance remotely. Clients are responsible for exercising safely when unsupervised.

Liability: The trainer is not liable for personal injury, property loss, or damages caused by third parties or ignored safety advice.

Marketing & Media: Photos or videos may be taken during sessions for marketing. Participation implies consent unless withdrawn in writing before the session.

Data Protection: Personal data is used solely for booking, communication, and training, handled under UK GDPR law.

Affiliate Disclosure: Gerald Fitness may receive commissions from affiliate links (Awin, Bulk, etc.). This does not influence coaching advice.

Jurisdiction: Governed by English law. Booking and payment confirm your agreement to all terms.
