Growing up, I played competitive football for years. That’s where I learned how performance is built: consistent training, strong fundamentals, and the mentality to stay disciplined when motivation fades.
Today I work as a Strength & Conditioning Coach in Abbey Wood, SE London, helping footballers and everyday clients build strength, speed, power, and confidence through structured, evidence-based training.
I don’t coach based on hype. I coach based on what works: strong basics, smart progression, and training that fits real life. Whether your goal is performance, strength, fat loss, or confidence — the plan stays structured and measurable.
