The Story Behind The Coach

Coaching built from real experience.

My journey into coaching was not built from theory alone. Football gave me a competitive foundation, military service strengthened my discipline, and working with clients taught me the importance of patience, trust and individual progression. Today, those experiences shape every Gerald Fitness session.

Where It Started

Football was my first teacher.

Football was the beginning of my journey. Playing for years taught me that performance is not built through motivation alone; it comes from showing up consistently, learning the basics properly, dealing with setbacks and continuing to work when progress feels slow.
