What You Build

Real performance outcomes, not random workouts.

Every training block is planned around what matters for football performance: force production, speed, repeat efforts and resilience across a season.

01

Faster first steps & acceleration

Improve how you produce force into the ground so your first 5–10m becomes sharper and more repeatable.

02

Stronger in duels & contact

Build total-body strength through the legs, trunk and upper body so you can hold position and stay composed.

03

Better change of direction & braking

Develop deceleration control and efficient mechanics so you can cut, stop and change direction with better control.

04

More repeat sprint capacity

Conditioning that matches football: repeated high-intensity efforts with smarter recovery between actions.

05

Lower injury risk & better durability

Progressive tendon, hamstring, calf and trunk work to support long-term availability and training consistency.

06

A clear plan & measurable progress

You know exactly what you are working on, why it matters and how the programme progresses week to week.

What We Train & Develop

Performance is built on qualities, not random exercises.

Each training block targets the physical qualities footballers need: force, speed, efficient movement, repeat efforts and long-term resilience.

S

Strength Development

Progressive lower and upper body strength focused on force production, joint integrity and structural resilience.

P

Power & Acceleration

Explosive work targeting rate of force development, sprint mechanics and first-step speed.

C

Speed & Change of Direction

Better braking, sharper cuts and cleaner mechanics built with control and progressive exposure.

E

Conditioning & Repeat Efforts

Football-specific conditioning for repeated high-intensity actions and smarter recovery between efforts.

D

Durability & Injury Risk Reduction

Tendon capacity, posterior chain, trunk stability and mobility work to support long-term availability.

The aim is simple: build the physical qualities that transfer to performance, then progress them with structure.
