These questions cover the most common things people want to know before booking a session or starting a coaching plan.

How do I book a session with you?

You can book a session by choosing your preferred service on www.geraldfitness.co.uk and completing your payment securely via Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, I’ll contact you personally to schedule your session time.

Do I pay before or after the session?

All sessions must be paid in advance via Stripe or bank transfer. Payment secures your session and confirms your place.

What happens if I'm late to a session?

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will be marked as used and is non-refundable. Please try to arrive on time so we can make the most of your workout.

Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are fully charged and non-refundable.

Are your sessions refundable?

No. All personal training sessions and packages are non-refundable once booked or started.

This policy ensures fairness and commitment for both client and trainer. However, you can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Do you offer online training or only in person?

I offer in-person training at Anytime Fitness Abbey Wood and online coaching programs for clients across the UK.

Whether you want 1-on-1 sessions, custom training plans, or monthly coaching support — I can work with you wherever you are.

All in-person sessions are held at:

I also offer online coaching for clients who prefer to train remotely or can’t attend in person.

Do I need to bring anything to the session?

Just wear comfortable gym clothes, suitable footwear, and bring a bottle of water.

I’ll provide all the equipment, guidance, and motivation you need for a great session.

What if I have an injury or medical condition?

Before your first session, you’ll complete a PAR-Q form to ensure training safety.

If you have any medical conditions or previous injuries, please let me know in advance, I’ll adapt your program accordingly. In some cases, I may request GP clearance for your safety.

Do you offer training packages?

Yes! I offer single sessions, 3-, 5-, and 12-session packages, as well as custom online training plans.

Each package must be used within the agreed timeframe. You can view all current options and pricing on the Packages page.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes, I occasionally run special offers, giveaways, and transformation discounts on my social media channels.

What qualifications do you hold?

I’m a CIMSPA registered Personal Trainer Practitioner with multiple advanced qualifications, including:

  • Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Principles
  • Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training
  • Level 2 Sports Psychology & Injury/Sport education
  • FA Coaching Certificates including Football, Futsal, First Aid and Safeguarding
